The operator may suspend access to abusive clients (rate limiting and access restrictions) at their discretion and without notice.

All transfers are temporary. Files are not retained beyond your session.

Not a custodian

The service does not act as a custodian, archivist, or backup of your files. You remain responsible for the content you transfer through it.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
